Conference fees

CONFERENCE FEES AND DEADLINES
Participants are advised to register before the early registration deadline.

The registration fee includes meeting attendance, conference material, coffee breaks and lunch on 29 and 30 June, as well as the welcome cocktail and the conference dinner.
All attendees must register for the conference, including organizers, chairpersons, members of the scientific committee and authors presenting communications.
Failure to register by 1 June 2016 of at least one author of an accepted contribution will result in its removal from the program. Students should upload a copy of a valid student card or a letter certifying their status.

ACCOMPANYING GUEST REGISTRATION FEE: 120€
The accompanying person registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch on 29 and 30 June, as well as the welcome cocktail and the conference dinner.

Payment must be done by bank transfer. After 1 June registration will only be possible on-site.

Please send a copy of the bank transfer to the RICTA 2016 Organization (DAO-ricta2016@ua.pt) so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily.
Registration is completed only upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation of registration afterwards by email.
